Contract Details

There is no deposit fee but we ask for key money of 100,000 won. (key money is a practice in Korea where a renter pays a lump some of money to the landlord to protect the landlord’s investment in case of early termination or irreparable damages) 100% of the money will be returned at the end of the contract term.

  If you decide to stay 3 months or longer, we can negotiate a lower price.

  If you wish to stay less than a month, we can also negotiate a price.

  If you have any requests during your stay, we will discuss any additional accommodations,
     as additional beds, tables, furniture etc.

* Renting the Studio / Apartment requires at least a one month’s rent deposit.
  The Studio / Apartment are near Gwanghwamun.
